Retail
Sales Associate: • Greetings customer, respondings to questions, improving
engagements with our merchandise and providing outstanding customer services. •
Operating our cash register. managing financial transaction, and balancings
drawers. • Achieving established goals. • Directing customers to merchandise
within the store. • Increasing in store sales. • Superior product knowledge. •
Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. • Introducing
promotions and opportunities to customers. • Cross-selling products to increase
purchase amounts. Duty Managers or Supervisor • Communicate all information to
the team received on WhatsApp, phone call or email. • Communicate Stocks alert
• Ensure price change are done • Monitoring of Offer activation and deactivation
• Inter store transfers • Assist in stock requests with the manager • Cash
Deposits • Ensuring Cleanliness of the store • Maintaining customer requests •
Managing repairs and other warehouse requests • Merchandising and sending
pictures to relevant groups and managers
For Retail Sales
Associate, candidate should have minimum 1year of retail sale experience. For Supervisor,
candidate should have team handling experience and should have worked in retail
industries.
