Full Job Description.
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communication in a timely manners.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and valeidity of informations
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortage
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and responds to requests or issue
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policy
- Maintains trusting relationship with suppliers, customers and colleague
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
