Processings document for delivery instruction/ supplier’s invoices, purchase order, transferring and receiving stock.
Responding and addressing all after-sale related customers complaint/queries and ensuring satisfactory closure of the same,
Ensuring proper documentations, answer all phone calls with a pleasant greeting/Identifications.
Attending customer positively and handling queries, complaints patiently and resolving the same within stipulated time frames,
Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products.
Presenting monthly reports for Customer Service relative complains handled during the month.
Coordinate with different Suppliers in regards of Stock availability and delivery schedules.
